Are you a home gardener who has been bit by the flower bug? Curious how you can create a little cutting garden in your own backyard that will yield armfuls of blooms to fill vases all summer long?

Come enjoy a spring afternoon at Gardenside Blooms in Kaysville, Utah, learning how to pick the best plants for your own garden, when to plant them, where to get seeds and plants, how to manage weeds, and how to set up a watering system so you don't loose control of your garden as the dog days of summer hit. Students will also receive instruction on how to prune and harvest properly to stimulate plants to produce even more blooms! This workshop is packed full of information, and Jen's 10+ years of teaching will make going home and tackling your own cutting garden easy!

The cost of this workshop includes instructional resources, a packet of seeds, and a seed starting tray.

Come learn how to grow and take care of your own cut flower garden! This class is hands-on and held outside so come prepared to get dirty. This class is suitable for home gardeners growing flowers for pleasure or those who are at the very beginning phase of exploring a flower farming venture.

Class size is limited to 12 people; five students must be signed up for the class to run.

In case of severe weather, the class may be rescheduled. Students will be notified in advance as much as possible.
